Terms of Use and Sale

These Terms of Use and Sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between TimeHug and any user accessing the service via the timehug.app website or the TimeHug mobile app.

1. Purpose

The Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the use of the TimeHug service, whether for free browsing or paid subscription.

2. Services Provided

TimeHug allows loved ones to share digital memories (text, photos, videos, audio) for a child, to be accessed at a future date set by the parents.

3. Price

Prices are shown in euros including VAT. TimeHug reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable rate is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed via the App Store (Apple) or Google Play depending on the user’s device. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user. Management (modification, cancellation) must be done directly through the user’s Apple or Google account.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period, with the user’s prior express consent.

7. Personal Data

TimeHug is committed to protecting users' privacy. Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disputes

In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, Belgian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
